Your Responsibilities
From the initial idea to implementation, you’ll independently create unique travel experiences with a focus on quality, customer experience, and cost-effectiveness.
You’ll design, plan, and develop group tours within Europe and around the world.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing travel services as well as price and contract negotiations with international partners.
You’ll independently calculate trip costs and keep an eye on expenses.
You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments.
You’ll maintain long-term relationships with agencies, service providers, and international partners.
You analyze trends in the travel market and continuously evaluate existing products to optimize them
You consistently ensure that quality, customer satisfaction, and smooth operations remain the top priority at all times
You travel to destinations yourself as needed to get to know products firsthand and further develop them
Your Qualifications
What matters most to us is what you can do and the attitude you bring to your work. Whether you come from the tourism industry or have experience in related fields—what’s crucial is your enthusiasm for travel and strong product management skills.
Ideally, you have training in tourism or a degree in a business-related field
You’ve already gained some experience in the tourism industry, in product management, or in a comparable role
You think strategically and can maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple projects
You work independently and in a structured manner
You are fluent in English and/or other foreign languages
You are digitally savvy and proficient in using MS Office and digital tools
You are open-minded and a team player
You are interested in travel trends and destinations
