The Badische Landwirtschaftliche Hauptverband e.V. (BLHV), based in
Freiburg, is a professional interest and business association for around 16,500 farms in South Baden. BLHV members are farmers, foresters, winegrowers, fruit growers and people who are committed to the aims of the association.
The BLHV supports its members in tax, legal and business management issues. The issues are as diverse as the cultural landscapes of the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, Baar and Lake Constance, which the family farms shape and maintain through their work. As part of its Agricultural Accountancy Office, the BLHV provides services tailored to individual business needs, focusing on financial accounting, payroll accounting and tax advice.
As an employee of the BLHV, you are part of the team at our Farm Accountancy Office. Based on trust and responsibility, you will support agricultural entrepreneurs in matters relating to the employment of staff.
Your tasks
Coordination of a sub-project to establish and expand regional value chains and to increase the proportion of (organic) regional products in out-of-home catering
Organization of networking events for agricultural businesses, etc.
Supporting businesses in the initiation of cooperations
Accounting and administration of the sub-project
Your qualifications
Degree or training in the field of agricultural science, nutritional science
Independent, structured way of working
Basic knowledge of structures and processes in out-of-home catering (canteen, etc.)
Experience in the organization of projects and events
Knowledge of project accounting and administration
Flexibility for occasional business trips
