SAALBAU Betriebsgesellschaft mbH is a subsidiary of ABG FRANKFURT HOLDING Wohnungsbau- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, which rents out approximately 220 rooms for various types of events in 27 independently operated ABG properties in Frankfurt am Main—such as corporate events, seminars, conferences, lectures, concerts, as well as sports and other club events or private celebrations.
Tasks
You will set up the event spaces according to the client’s specifications and arrange chairs and tables.
You will oversee the entire course of an event and provide customer service.
You oversee the event’s proceedings while ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
You perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, as well as any necessary cleaning work related to the respective events at the Saalbau venues.
You supervise and inspect maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a trade or training in the events or hospitality industry
Willingness to perform manual labor
Customer-service orientation / willingness to provide service
Technical understanding
Willingness to work shifts—primarily late shifts—as well as on weekends
Good written and spoken German
Independence, dedication, and willingness to work flexibly at all SAALBAU locations
Class B driver’s license
