Receptionist (m/f/d)
What we expect from you:
- Training in the hotel industry (hotel management or similar)
- Good knowledge of the common Microsoft Office applications
- good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Enjoyment of the job and passion for the hotel industry
- Confident and personable appearance
Your tasks include:
- Independent management of reception services
- Checking hotel guests in and out
- Contact person for house guests / conference guests
- Processing general correspondence
- Invoicing
- Telephone switchboard support
- Checking the cash register / checking the daily accounts
