Receptionist (m/f/d) Hotel Reception
for our exclusive suites and rooms.
Your tasks:
- Checking guests in and out using the Protel Air hotel software
- Acceptance and processing of all types of room reservations
- Coordination of guest requests with all departments of the hotel
- Acceptance and processing of all types of guest correspondence
- - Accepting table reservations for our two restaurants
- - Sale of wine from the hotel's own vineyard
- - General reception activities
Your profile:
- You have training in the hotel industry or have already gained service experience in comparable hotels or restaurants
- Or you are a career changer with several years of service experience
- You enjoy giving our guests an incomparable experience '... service with a smile... :-)'
- You have a positive attitude that you like to bring to the team
- You are flexible and even when things get hectic you keep the overview
- You enjoy working in a small team
- You already have a basic knowledge of wine
