For Insiva GmbH we are looking for a full-time Regional Manager (m/f/d) for the Ellwangen/ Ulm area as of 01.08.2026 or by arrangement.
What you can expect:
- Support of the overall management
- Acquisition and new customer support
- Further development of concepts and processes
- Implementation and further development of existing branch structures
- Planning, support and implementation of project tasks
- Quality assurance and compliance with service standards as well as support for store management

What you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training in the catering sector, ideally with further business management training
- Previous commercial knowledge
- Time flexibility/willingness to travel
- Communication skills in dealing with employees, guests and business partners
- Experience in communal catering
- Experience with Cook & Chill
- Organizational talent and structured approach
- Willingness to take responsibility, commitment, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
- Open-mindedness in working with people with disabilities
