You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Planning and organizing as well as preparing offers and contracts for reservations
- Follow-up discussions and documentation of corresponding activities
- Creation of function sheets
- Communication between departments to ensure smooth processes
- Customer support
- Invoice control after contract conclusion
