Your Responsibilities
Organizing and overseeing move-ins and move-outs in student housing
Providing support and advice to students during their tenancy
Processing reports of property damage and coordinating services from other departments, such as maintenance and cleaning
Enforcing house rules
Flexible assignments: Providing cover and support at various student residence halls as needed (e.g., vacation, illness, staffing shortages)
Your Profile
Completed vocational training as a hotel manager (f/m/d) or real estate agent (f/m/d)
Experience in customer/tenant service is desirable
Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and intercultural competence
Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
Proficiency in MS Office; written and spoken English
Class B driver’s license (formerly Class 3)
