Tradition-conscious and forward-looking: KIRINUS Alpenpark Klinik has been an institution on Lake Tegernsee since 1962. Run by the third generation of the family, we set standards at the highest medical level in a sophisticated ambience. We are taking the next step in our development with the upcoming clinic extension based on a design by star architect Matteo Thun. Once the conversion and extension of our clinic is complete, we plan to open a star-level à la carte restaurant. The gastronomic concept of the KIRINUS Alpenpark Clinic does not have the pretensions of a clinic kitchen, but corresponds in quality to an upscale restaurant with fixed menus. We would like to continue our pioneering work in the German gastronomy landscape in the future - preferably together with you.

Your tasks

A host mentality is in your blood: you are committed to providing courteous care and advice to our guests
Quality assurance: helping to design, ensure, manage and monitor all service processes, taking into account our high quality standards and hygiene guidelines
Excellent service: guaranteeing optimal guest service and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through professional expertise and charm
Personnel management: leading, training and managing a motivated team of 15 as well as duty and vacation planning for the department
Co-design: Development of process optimizations and conceptual development of the department
Achievement of objectives: Active support for the achievement and implementation of internal company objectives
Administration: Ensuring the correct implementation and booking of orders and carrying out regular inventories

Your qualifications

Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
Sound professional and management experience in upscale gastronomy appropriate to the position
A passion for food and wine, an interest in the product and the ability to share this knowledge with others
You set a good example, impress with your skills, performance and personality
Quality awareness and business acumen round off your profile
