Your tasks
Ensuring a smooth service process in the restaurant
Staff deployment planning, motivation of the team including trainees
You will train our junior staff competently
Ordering goods, checking stock levels
Professional and individual service, advising our guests
High quality standards and control according to HACCP
Your qualifications
Training in the hotel / catering industry or
First professional and preferably management experience in the hotel / catering industry
Very good German and good English skills
Experience with cash register systems
Strong motivation and hands-on mentality
A positive charisma and good manners
