To strengthen our sales team at the Wasserburg am Inn site, we are now looking for
Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Foodservice
Your tasks
- Strategy and business development: You will develop and implement the regional growth strategy in close coordination with the national sales management and analyze the existing business in order to tap into new potential.
- Management and control: You will lead and develop the area sales managers professionally, derive clear targets and KPIs and ensure consistent market development and successful new customer acquisition.
- Project management: You establish structured project management in sales and control regional sales projects.
- Customer management & acquisition: You will look after selected key accounts independently, conduct professional offers and negotiations and drive the expansion of the market position through active acquisition.
- Communication & market observation: You will work closely with the internal sales team and continuously monitor market and competitive developments in order to derive strategic measures.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial or technical vocational training or have a corresponding degree/master's degree
- You have at least five years of professional experience in food service/B2B sales, including at least two years in a management position
- You have proven success in the development and implementation of marketing strategies as well as in the systematic development and maintenance of customer relationships
- You have strong communication and leadership skills, a high level of initiative and a structured, efficient way of working
