Warm welcome and individual care for guests of all ages and concert visitors
Creating experiences that make a visit to the Autostadt unforgettable
Ensuring a smooth ticket control and parking process
Sharing great festival moments together as a team and rocking the summer event
Full-time employment from 16.06.2026 for a period of 2 months
Your qualifications
Experience in the service sector, e.g. through a part-time job or internship
A particularly strong service and customer orientation
Pleasant and professional appearance
Good communication skills, ideally also in English
Empathy, organizational talent and the ability to inspire people
High flexibility and willingness to work at weekends, on public holidays and at evening events
