Your tasks
Incoming and outgoing mail
Appointment coordination
Answering calls
Supporting the management
Collaboration with the marketing, accounting and HR departments as well as those responsible for the gaming operations and catering area
Purchasing goods
Administrative activities
Your qualifications
Completed gastronomic training or sound experience in the hotel or catering industry
First management experience
Professional appearance and good communication skills
Very good organizational skills, cost awareness and motivation skills
Team player
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Willingness to work nights, Sundays and public holidays in shifts
