• As a host, you welcome our guests and take care of access control according to the flight tickets
• Before the reception, you prepare everything in the lounge for the reception of the guests and also ensure during operation that everyone feels comfortable and that everything is available and clean
• You stock and check the buffet on an ongoing basis
• You keep an eye on stock levels and ensure replenishment if necessary
• You take care of guest billing with various payment methods, vouchers and credit bookings

• You are a warm host, experienced in dealing with guests and a team player
• Service means reliability and accuracy for you
• You have a well-groomed appearance, a confident demeanor and a winning manner
• You are fluent in German and English
• Working in shifts (including weekends and public holidays) is no problem for you
