Alte Försterei Veranstaltungs GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of 1. FC Union Berlin e. V., which organizes its events, i.e. the home matches of 1. FC Union Berlin e.V., as well as over 300 other events per year on its grounds and in its stadium. Our company’s services include catering for all in-house and external events, staff catering and sports-specific catering for the club’s teams.
Your tasks
Mise en place work for our events and functions
Handling smaller business and private events (support, implementation and billing)
Coordination and communication at and with interfaces to other departments
Briefing the banquet service team
Independent and service-oriented complaint management
Carrying out employee catering
Your qualifications
Completed gastronomic training in the hotel or restaurant sector
Or you have relevant service experience in restaurant, bar and/or banquet service
You are an open, communicative personality and your heart beats for gastronomy
You have a hands-on mentality and are motivated by change and challenges
Good PC skills (MS Office)
Basic knowledge of English
