Shift work between 06:00 and 20:00;
Intermediate shifts for part-time working models possible;
Fixed duty roster for one month, “desired time off” is taken into account;
Weekend shifts on average twice a month, with fixed compensation days;
Vacation and pay according to collective agreement;
