In this responsible position, you will work with your team to ensure that our guests feel completely at ease - and that every visit is a special experience.
Your tasks - varied and responsible:
- You will lead and motivate our service team with enthusiasm and vision in day-to-day operations
- You ensure that our guests enjoy a warm, attentive and first-class service
- You encourage your team through training and support their personal development
- You ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
- You plan duty and vacation times efficiently and fairly
- You lend a hand yourself and support your team in the operational business when needed
- You work closely with our kitchen management to continuously improve processes
- You respond professionally to guest feedback and use it as an opportunity for further development
