Your Job
- Assignments on the selected luxury ships MS Europa and MS Europa 2 aboard the Hapag-Lloyd fleet
- Performing a diverse and entertaining music program for guests
- Performing an average of 4 sets of 50 minutes each per day in various onboard locations and as part of the entertainment program, including special events
- Revising music programs and various events
- Accompanying guest artists upon request
- Regular rehearsals to expand the repertoire, taking guest requests into account
Your Course & Your Talents
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Professional musical training (knowledge of various musical styles, sight-reading, and the ability to pick things up quickly are a plus)
- A six-piece band featuring vocals, guitar, bass, keyboard/electric piano, drums, and a flexible role (e.g., second vocalist, horn player, banjo, violin, etc.)
- Availability for a two- to four-month engagement on board
- Repertoire of at least 400 songs from popular genres, including standard dance tunes
- Performances in smaller music ensembles are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as good command of English and German
