sous Chef (STARS)*
You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Supporting management of the entire kitchen team
- You will be responsible for purchasing and cost control
- You lend a hand and are not afraid to get involved in day-to-day business
- Preparation and follow-up of the mise en place for our lunch and dinner menu
- You ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our company
- You comply with HACCP standards and are responsible for the cleanliness and smooth workflow in the kitchen
- You support the design of the menu and the training of our trainees

Geared towards business travelers, event organizers and trade fair visitors, the hotel comprises 166 modern rooms. The hotel restaurant “Greenfields” impresses with its local, regional food concept.
