The dynamic kitchen team at our restaurant provides around 1000 employees with high-quality, sustainable and modern dishes every day.
Your Responsibilities
Specifically, this means:
As a sous chef, you will serve as the deputy head chef
As a station chef, you are responsible for independently organizing and managing your station
Leading and organizing the kitchen team
Ordering supplies
Staff scheduling
Preparing and cooking meals
Planning special events
Monitoring and developing HACCP standards
Receiving and inspecting goods
Your Qualifications
