of the Soltau thermal spa
In this position, you will assume overall operational responsibility for a thermal spa business with development potential. You will manage the Soltau Therme both operationally and strategically and actively shape the further development of the organization, offer and service quality.

- Overall responsibility for the operations of Soltau Therme with responsibility for results, budget and personnel
- Initiating, controlling and implementing new organizational and change processes
- Leading, developing and motivating the teams with a modern understanding of leadership

What you bring with you.
- several years of management experience in a service environment, ideally in thermal spa, leisure, hotel or resort operations
- Training or studies in tourism, the hotel industry, leisure industry, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Experience in managing and developing employees
- entrepreneurial thinking, strong decision-making skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- structured, independent way of working and assertiveness
