Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you’ll lead and organize the entire SPA & Sports department, which consists of 33–43 crew members.
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for the entire team (fitness, reception, therapists, etc.).
- Developing and implementing innovative spa concepts and treatment offerings.
- Supporting and advising our guests to ensure a holistic wellness experience on board
- Quality assurance and adherence to high service standards.
- Overseeing inventory and placing orders through the ship’s inventory management system, as well as conducting regular inspections to ensure the maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Various administrative tasks and reporting.
- Contract duration for your first assignment: 4 months; subsequent contracts are possible
Your Course & Your Talents
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry or in a specialized field within the SPA & Sports sector (cosmetology, massage, or fitness); ideally, some initial experience as a SPA Manager or SPA Supervisor.
- Professional and industry experience in the field; experience working on a ship is desirable.
- A passion for modern spa trends, team leadership, and holistic well-being.
- A leadership personality with the ability to guide and motivate a team both professionally and in terms of discipline.
- Organizational skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong service orientation.
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance.
- Very good computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
