Specialist Care Office & Crisis Management (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Vocational training or studies in the social sector, healthcare or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the medical and/or commercial sector is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- Structured, motivated personality with strong social and communication skills
- High level of personal commitment and empathy in difficult situations
- Commitment, resilience, flexibility and team spirit
Your destination
- Coordination and case management for operational CrewCare & CareOffice day-to-day business
- Statistical recording and analysis of specialist figures (e.g. medically related disembarkations)
- Administrative tasks such as bookkeeping incl. invoice verification, processing medical customer inquiries and support with specialist projects
- Crisis management (day-to-day operations, involvement in incidents and crises, involvement in crisis organization training)
- On-call duty (24/7 on-call duty alternating with team colleagues)
