Specialist Key Partnerships (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Completed commercial or tourism training, ideally supplemented by professional experience in tourism, sales or key account management
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as proficiency with MS Office 365
- Structured and organized way of working with a high customer and service orientation
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret key sales figures and derive measures
- Communicative and confident demeanor paired with strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel
Your destination
- Supporting and expanding strategic partnerships (travel agency chains/cooperations) in key accounts and their regional sales as well as securing and optimizing customer-specific relationship management in Germany
- Actively bundling external and internal information and coordinating all interfaces within the company, including communication with strategic key partnerships
- Planning, purchasing and coordinating suitable sales measures including briefing relevant specialist departments, analyzing the results and implementing them within the specified budget
- Support and ongoing potential analysis for the strategic further development of service packages (conditions, marketing and sales measures) for the sales organizations, including support for success reporting while constantly monitoring market developments
- Organization and implementation of training measures and sales events for travel agency chains/cooperations
- Work location Rostock with home office options
