Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Through outstanding customer service and an inspiring shopping experience, you’ll contribute to high customer satisfaction and thus play a key role in the success of the Starboard Shop on board.
- You’ll lead, support, and inspire the sales team to achieve excellence together.
- Your confident handling of business metrics and reports ensures effective business management.
- You’ll be responsible for the perfect presentation of merchandise and appealing visual merchandising.
- Using creative ideas, you’ll develop, plan, and coordinate exciting sales promotions.
- The contract term is 4–6 months, with the possibility of subsequent contracts.
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Ideally, a completed vocational training program in the service or retail sector
- Sales experience, preferably in the fields of textiles, perfumery, watches, or jewelry
- Open to career changers who are passionate about sales
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- A friendly demeanor and the ability to build customer relationships
- Enjoy working as part of a team in an international work environment
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office
- Excellent German skills as well as strong English skills (at least B2 level) in both spoken and written forms.
