Supervisor HR Fleet (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Degree in tourism management, business administration or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in tourism, ideally on board cruise ships
- Initial experience in personnel management as well as initial management experience
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- A structured and careful way of working
- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team and flexibility
Your destination
- Independent processing of personnel requirements and deployment planning for national and international crew members in the defined area of responsibility in close coordination with the specialist departments, the HR Fleet Manager, the crewing agencies and the recruitment department
- Maintaining the pool of potential candidates for the internal career development of our crew
- Ensuring optimal staffing of the defined positions in close cooperation with the specialist departments and crew members
- Communication in English with various international agencies
- Maintaining electronic personnel files, checking certificates and providing seamless evidence for payroll accounting
- Support with department-specific projects
