Supervisor IT Service Ship (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, information technology or a comparable technical degree program or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in the IT sector, preferably in the cruise industry
- Sound knowledge of ITIL frameworks, IT operations and industry-specific best practices
- Good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German and confident in using MS Office 365
- Analytical skills and a meticulous way of working
- Reliability, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Your destination
- Support management and coordination of IT field service teams to ensure efficient delivery of IT support and optimal resourcing on board
- Contribute to budget planning and spend control as well as managing service level agreements and contract related documents to ensure efficient IT services
- Development of cross-site reporting and creation of KPI, SLA and efficiency reports to monitor performance and identify optimization potentials
- Integration of IT security and data protection requirements and monitoring of IT compliance to ensure the highest standards in field service operations
- Determining on-board hardware requirements and managing and coordinating the maintenance of IT client assets
- Business trips for maintenance and recovery on board as well as on-call duty to ensure business continuity and coordination of infrastructure and network resources
