Team assistant banquet service management (m/f/d)
What you can expect from us :
- Preparation of duty rosters and transfer of times to the time recording system
- Support in monitoring the banquet budget
- Assignment and training of new employees
- Creation and regular revision of the event forecast
- Drawing up cleaning plans and supporting the head waiter in monitoring their implementation
- Assistance with vacation planning
- Arranging appointments and coordinating job interviews
- General support for head waiters with all administrative tasks
- Supporting the head waiters in the preparation and implementation of events
What we wish for :
- Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a similar field of activity; experience in the luxury hotel industry desirable
- friendly, engaging and guest-oriented as well as professional appearance
- confident handling of the MS Office programs
- very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
