The job responsibilities include:
You are responsible for general cleaning tasks and overseeing them within the building
You are responsible for the daily cleaning of all serving and kitchen equipment and actively support your team in their day-to-day operations
You assign your staff to the various work areas each day and serve as the primary point of contact for all questions related to cleaning
You conduct inventory checks and independently order supplies and cleaning products
You ensure compliance with all quality standards and HACCP guidelines

You have extensive knowledge of cleaning and kitchen hygiene
You have experience supervising employees
You are fluent in German
You are empathetic, reliable, and able to handle stress well
You work neatly and precisely, are well-organized, and are good at prioritizing and managing work steps and tasks
