Your tasks
Your new mission: the successful operation of our PAULS Delis in Coswig (Anhalt) and Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Together with your team, you will ensure that high-quality meals are prepared every day. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly by taking care of staff planning and cash register accounting, placing orders and checking stock levels. You will also be actively involved in the cafeteria, supporting your team in preparing and serving meals.

Your qualifications
Completed training in the hotel or catering industry, e.g. as a restaurant specialist or hotel specialist
Alternatively, experience in gastronomy, ideally in a managerial position
You actively live the role of host and underline this with your passion for good service
Professional demeanor towards guests and employees
Team player with experience in motivating and supporting employees
Vaccinations against measles are required according to the Infection Protection Act
