Your Responsibilities
Managing approximately 30 ward service staff members in a hospital unit
Planning staff assignments
Orienting, training, managing, and integrating new employees, as well as ensuring smooth operations in the ward kitchens
Participating in internal and external consultations and meetings
Verifying that food and beverages are properly prepared, portioned, and served
Verifying and ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines; documentation in accordance with the responsibility matrix
Your Qualifications
Several years of leadership experience, e.g., as a team leader in the care sector
Professional experience in housekeeping, catering, or a hospital setting
Proficiency with MS Office
Very good German language skills
High level of empathy and ability to work well in a team
Analytical thinking
Ability to handle pressure and cope with stress, as required by the duties described
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays

A secure part-time position with 30 hours per week
Regular working hours in a 5-day workweek: Monday–Friday between 5:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. (various shifts),
Weekend shifts every 4 weeks from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
