Your tasks
You are responsible for purchasing, managing and coordinating flight quotas in constant communication with our airline partners
You monitor flight schedule changes, cancellations and rebookings
You are responsible for issuing active and passive tickets on time and checking the facts and content of BSP and airline invoices
You are a competent contact person for complex tasks in the flight sector
You look after our flight emergency hotline for customers at second level
Your qualifications
You have completed vocational training in tourism or have several years of experience in the field of tourism – preferably in the area of flight control/purchasing
Your way of working is cost-conscious and goal-oriented thanks to your negotiating skills and assertiveness
You have very good PC and MS Office skills
You are experienced in using START Amadeus and have sound knowledge of IATA and BSP
Quick comprehension, teamwork and communication skills round off your profile
