Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Active involvement in the professional development and career planning of all crew members
- Serving as the liaison between the onboard HR manager and the Training & Development team onshore
- Administrative tasks, such as planning, organizing, and reporting
- Conducting on-board training—basic training for the entire crew, as well as leadership training
- Building a relationship of mutual trust and ensuring transparent communication with crew members on board, including via the Crew App
- Jointly responsible for all activities of the Crew Welfare Committee
- Contract duration for your first assignment: 4–5 months; subsequent contracts are possible
Your Course & Your Talents
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in training and development
- Additional training in the field of training and coaching is required (business coaching is preferred)
- An empathetic, positive, inspiring, and self-assured personality
- Assertiveness, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (including in front of large groups), team spirit, and the ability to serve as a role model
- Very good computer skills
- Very good command of German and English
