Our client is a leading provider of individually planned round trips. The company lovingly organizes all services from a single source: from flights and accommodation to rental cars and local excursions.
Your tasks
- You create customer-specific, individual travel offers for the Northern Europe region (especially Iceland, Great Britain, Scandinavia, Baltic States) in cooperation with the internal product teams
- You will put together individual trips from our portfolio of special and mostly owner-managed accommodation
- As the first point of contact, you are there for your customers from the initial inquiry to feedback after the trip
- On business trips, you will have the opportunity to get to know your countries and also take on product work in the long term
Your qualifications
- You know your way around Northern Europe, love to travel, enjoy working with nice and creative people and want to make customers happy with special trips
- You speak German and English
- You advise customers by e-mail, telephone or video consultation, i.e. you can meet people using different media
- Training in the tourism sector would be nice, but we will also teach you this experience. In any case, a high level of customer orientation and a desire to travel are important
