Your tasks
Organization and booking of travel in accordance with applicable Group and company guidelines (incl. flight, train, car, accommodation)
Support with resource planning/dispatching
Checking the validity of employees’ travel documents
Management of pool vehicles
Checking trips for special regulations
Applying for necessary certificates (work permits, A1 certificates, work IDs, visas, etc.) for travel or supporting employees in obtaining them
Dealing with any travel problems, complaints or refunds that arise
Compiling and issuing travel documents
Checking and signing travel expenses
Carry out post-calculation of trips
Your qualifications
You have completed training as an office or industrial clerk or tourism and leisure clerk
Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
Experienced handling of the common MS Office programs (Microsoft 365)
Basic understanding of the common processes within an ERP and CRM system, preferably knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
You have very good organizational and planning skills
You impress with a high degree of communication and flexibility
Customer orientation and satisfaction determine your daily actions
