The ADAC Nordbaden e.V. regional club was founded in 1947. Today, more than 130 employees work at our five offices in Nordbaden. Here, we handle matters related to mobility, travel and vacations, insurance, and, of course, ADAC membership. Your Responsibilities
With your inspiring demeanor, you’ll spark our customers’ enthusiasm for vacation destinations around the world and actively convince them of our wide range of travel-related services.
In addition, you’ll assist our members and customers with ADAC membership, member benefits, and questions related to mobility
You’ll ensure consistently high-quality, optimized service and build customer loyalty through the best possible service.
Whether in person or over the phone, your first-class service will make it easy for you to attract new customers and effectively strengthen relationships with existing ones.
Your Profile
You have completed vocational training, for example, as a travel or tourism specialist or in a business-related field.
You enjoy working with people, are highly service-oriented, and have a strong aptitude for needs-based sales.
In addition, you have extensive knowledge of the travel industry, travel products, and destination regions.
You enjoy topics related to mobility and are interested in insurance and financial services.

Compensation—after all, it’s also about the money: We offer above-average pay. The gross monthly salary ranges from 3,000 EUR to 4,000 EUR, depending on your qualifications and professional experience. We also provide additional compensation for extra qualifications and relevant professional experience.
