What kind of responsibilities can you expect?
As part of the Visitor Hospitality Team, you will ensure that visitors get a first-hand experience of DMG MORI and our technologies:
Developing special hospitality and customer experience concepts.
Planning and implementing programs for visitors, customers, and delegations.
Managing and executing hospitality services, guided tours, workshops, and supporting programs.
Coordinating internal interfaces and external service providers.
Managing and enhancing communication and media areas on-site.
What do you bring to the table?
A degree or comparable training in the field of events, hospitality, marketing, or tourism.
Experience in event management, hospitality, or customer experience.
A passion for working with customers and international guests.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to speak confidently in front of groups.
High level of personal responsibility and strong organizational skills.
Very good command of German and English.
Strong digital skills in using modern communication and collaboration tools.
