The company has been providing diaconal facilities for senior citizens for almost 50 years. Our services include inpatient and outpatient nursing and care, serviced living, day care and an outpatient hospice service at a total of 25 locations with around 2,000 employees.

Your tasks

HACCP-compliant preparation and provision of food and beverages
Food portioning and meal service, food serving
Planning, organizing and monitoring service processes in the kitchen
Incoming goods inspection, warehousing, goods issue
Compliance with legal regulations and ordinances, as well as compliance with internal quality/hygiene specifications
Participation in the planning and implementation of events
Supporting and representing the kitchen management in order and duty roster management
Contributing your own ideas and suggestions for improvement to further develop the range of dishes on offer

Your qualifications

You have completed training as a chef
Ideally, you have experience in communal catering
You have a talent for organization and remain calm even in stressful situations
You are reliable and open-minded and enjoy working in a team
You enjoy interacting with our residents and treat them with appreciation
