Employee IT Service Desk (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable training, career changers are also welcome
- Initial professional experience in first-level support or a similar IT service is desirable
- Willingness to travel to Hamburg or on board our ships
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as knowledge of Windows and Office 365
- Strong communication skills, a very high service orientation, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
Your destination
- Providing first-class customer support to resolve technical issues and queries by phone, email or chat
- Ensuring system administration and compliance with quality standards at the IT Service Desk in Rostock and Hamburg (first-level support)
- Analyzing and resolving IT faults and processing service requests
- Installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware and software with a focus on user terminals (PC, notebook and mobile devices)
- Administration of user accounts, access rights and security guidelines
- monitoring, coordination and documentation of support activities
