Your tasks
Together with those responsible in our homes, you will make a decisive contribution to ensuring that meals are a highlight in the lives of our residents and that our kitchens work sustainably and efficiently
Monitoring and implementing HACCP standards and adapting menus to the needs of senior citizens in accordance with DGE guidelines
Optimization of kitchen processes through strategic planning of in-house production and reduction of convenience products
Collaboration with external service providers and effective interface coordination to ensure smooth processes
Planning, implementation and moderation of specialist conferences
Your qualifications
Degree as a chef, ideally with a specialist qualification as a dietary chef, home economist or nutritionist or comparable training
Management experience and strong communication skills to motivate and advise local kitchen managers and facility managers
Interdisciplinary thinking and the ability to manage interfaces and processes
Economic thinking and a strong understanding of service in order to combine cost awareness with high service quality
Sound knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards to ensure the safety and quality of our services
