Your tasks
You cook with regional products and create culinary delights with your kitchen team that would make you happy as a customer yourself
Continuous qualitative development of the offer and organization of the kitchen operation
Staff deployment planning and rostering
Compliance with legal provisions and regulations, in particular HACCP guidelines
Assistance with food preparation and serving
Your qualifications
Completed 3-year training as a chef, preferably also as a master housekeeper or similar (re-entrant)
Proven further training in food hygiene (HACCP) as well as expert knowledge of e.g. light meals, allergens
Knowledge of kitchen logistics such as menu planning, calculation, internal and external billing
Careful, independent work
