Your tasks
An exclusive visit to KaDeWe outside opening hours, a private deluxe dinner on the Pyramidenkogel or an overnight stay at the Bürgenstock Hotel & Resort: we don’t take care of run-of-the-mill trips, but exciting individual experiences! In order for our international guests to experience such travel dreams, you have to convince our international travel agency partners of our expertise and inspire them with our ideas.
Sales and marketing support
Website, newsletter and social media administration
Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and business trips, reporting and statistics compilation
Organization of information trips
Conception of sample trips
Database maintenance and CRM management
Your qualifications
Completed training in the tourism sector or in the hotel industry, e.g. as a tourism clerk (m/f/d), hotel specialist (m/f/d), event clerk (m/f/d) or hotel management clerk (m/f/d)
Good knowledge of German and excellent written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement
Professional experience in the administrative field, e.g. as a management assistant, team assistant or clerk (m/f/d)
Confident handling of common IT applications and MS Office programs
Knowledge in dealing with Office and web content
Strong communication skills, organizational talent and ability to multitask
