Receptionist for the spa reception (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Training and several years of professional experience in the spa and wellness sector, ideally as a receptionist (m/f/d) in the wellness hotel industry
- Good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- Ideally knowledge of Fidelio Spa
- A high service and sales orientation, a positive charisma as well as confidence and strong communication skills
- A sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
Your destination
- As a receptionist (m/f/d) you organize and coordinate the entire appointment scheduling in the Body & Soul area
- Friendly, professional and individual product advice and sale of spa treatments and high-quality products (brands: La Ric, Couleur Caramel, Thalgo, Pharmos Natur)
- During your work at reception, you ensure guest satisfaction and are responsible for quality assurance
- You actively respond to guest requests
- Extensive further training in spa, fitness and hairdressing
- Career in the spa: from Spa Supervisor (m/f/d) to Spa Manager (m/f/d) possible
