Executive Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Training in the hotel industry, ideally with further business management training as a hotel manager or hotel business administrator as well as several years of professional and management experience in the hotel industry in an international environment
- Sound F&B knowledge
- Very good knowledge of English and German and confident in using MS Office 365
- Confidence, a sense of responsibility, a structured and goal-oriented way of working and a strong service orientation
Your destination
- Responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurants and other catering facilities throughout the ship
- Active host function as well as coordination and control of all processes in the area of responsibility
- Responsibility for personnel and duty planning as well as training and education of up to 200 employees
- Motivating the international crew in day-to-day operations and supporting employees in their further development
- Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines in the area of responsibility
