You are the first point of contact for all guests and customers and inspire them with your personality and professional demeanor

Preferably a completed apprenticeship in the commercial or hotel sector
A positive attitude, enthusiasm and openness in dealing with people
Excellent interpersonal skills and very good communication skills in German and English
Good organizational and administrative skills through sound knowledge of common Office programs
A high degree of reliability and accuracy
A professional appearance and a high level of service orientation
