Your mission…
- Support and handling of processes in the area of electronic payment
- Support in the optimization of payment processes and systems as well as cash register systems
- Monitoring and processing of payment transactions, including clarification of payment issues
- Preparation of reports and analyses on payment flows and processes
- Collaboration with internal departments as well as external service providers and customers
- Processing complaints and queries in the area of payment processing
