The Strandklinik St. Peter-Ording, specialist clinic for psychosomatics, pneumology and orthopaedics, is located directly on the adventure promenade. Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the entire kitchen area
- You will manage, motivate and develop the kitchen and service staff
- You will be responsible for personnel and duty planning
- You design and calculate the menu in consultation with the administrative management
- You are the first point of contact for our food suppliers, order goods and ensure that they are stored properly
- You ensure optimal production processes and design them dynamically
- You control quality management and occupational safety in the kitchen area and are responsible for compliance with HACCP & hygiene regulations
Your requirements:
- Completed training as a chef
- Preferably additional training as a diet cook
- Structured way of working and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work early and late shifts and at weekends
- Enjoy working in a team
