Your mission…
Responsibility for central purchasing non-food (e.g. cash register systems to kitchen inventory and workwear)
Preparation and analysis of purchasing-relevant data with Excel (e.g.
price comparisons, quantity analyses, product range evaluations
)

Support in establishing and maintaining supplier contacts
Support in connecting new suppliers to the merchandise management system
Assistance with price comparisons and preparation of contract and annual meetings

Collaboration in the analysis of key figures and support in the management of individual product groups
