Your Job
This awaits you on your journey with us:
- Serve beverages to guests in all assigned areas in a courteous, polite and safe manner
- Carry out other service duties, as assigned i.e., coffee time, light lunch buffet, any food function in the Dining room or elsewhere etc
- Work according to quality, safety and hygiene standards as directed by the company and governed by intentional regulations and standards i.e. HACCP, ISM, ISO etc
- Work as team and assist in any area as required
- Protect and safeguard company property
Your course & your talents
Here's what you bring on board:
- Hotel, beverage or restaurant documented relevant experience
- Overall comprehension of hotel, restaurant or bar services
- Knowledge and adherence to HACCP and other relevant safety, hygiene and environmental regulations
- Good knowledge of the main International beverages (including wines)
- Fluent in English and /or German, depending on the ship
- Friendly, polite, positive attitude and team spirit
