– Ideally experience in the reception area, in assistance or in the service environment
– Very good written and spoken German
– Confident handling of MS Office
– Friendly, confident demeanor and strong service orientation
– Strong organizational skills, discretion and reliability

Your mission…
– Professional reception support as the first point of contact for guests, customers and employees
– Friendly and engaging interaction with guests, including registration and forwarding
– Telephone support for the head office and forwarding of inquiries
– Processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
– Organization and coordination of hotel bookings
– General administrative activities in the reception area
– Support with organizational tasks in day-to-day business
– Flexible support as part of sickness cover if required
